Dial-Up Internet Access Account
Our current account is very limited, and has possibly the worst customer service around. We're looking for a fully-featured service provider that offers nationwide access. Minimum obligation: 1 year. Cost: $24.95 a month.
Dedicated Internet Access Phone Line
Our single office line is shared among a fax machine, modem, and answering machine. Productivity would definitely increase if we could separate these lines. Minimum obligation: 1 year. Cost: $24.95 a month.
Dedicated Fax Line
Our single office line is shared among a fax machine, modem, and answering machine. Productivity would definitely have an increase if we could separate these lines. Minimum obligation: 1 year. Cost: $24.95 a month.
Dedicated Voice Phone
Line

VoiceMail Service
Electronic, remote voicemail service for the dedicated phone line described above. Minimum obligation: 1 year. Cost: $5.95 a month. $10.00 voicemail activation fee.
Computer Maintenance and Upgrade
This is an agreement to carry the cost for any needed repairs or general upgrades for our main PC. Minimum obligation: 1 year. Cost: $100.00-$200.00 a year.
Post Office Box Rental
The Phoenix PO Box is located at the Los Gatos, CA Post Office. Minimum obligation: 1 year. Cost: $42.00.
Handouts Printing
We periodically issue bulletins on the various data we provide, as well as brochures explaining our services. Pick which part (or all of three!) you'd like to contribute toward, it's up to you. You can also choose to perform any of these services directly.

AT&T Prepaid Phone Cards
This would greatly help with the high cost of toll calls in our calling area. Many small agencies do not have e-mail or web pages to verify services, so we depend on the phone a great deal.
