To participate:
1. You must be a group or agency serving San Jose and/or Santa Clara County.
2. You must have 501c3 status, and have a copy on file with us.

3. Your request for items must be in line with the services your agency currently provide.
4. The Mission and Goals of your agency will determine what you may ask for.
5. One application per agency.
